(November 24, 2014: St. Petersburg, FL 33710) The Freedom Patriots basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the host St. Petersburg Catholic Barons to 45 in the Patriots non-league victory on Monday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 25. Freedom will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 94-60 non-league win over Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL). The Phoenix record now stands at 2-0.
The Barons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Strawberry Crest was routed by Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate (Tampa, FL), 94-60, in a non-league contest. See images of the game here.
